Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the PIP Agency platform (the “Platform”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PIP Agency Ltd. (“PIP Agency”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14872391). Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition on using services of this nature in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a claim or using the Platform
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. PIP Agency reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Platform Use
PIP Agency grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of submitting and managing a genuine claim for the recovery of funds lost through financial misconduct.
Permitted Uses
- Submitting a claim for review and assessment by PIP Agency
- Providing supporting documentation in connection with your claim
- Checking the status of your submitted claim
- Communicating with PIP Agency staff regarding your case
- Accessing informational content and guidance published on the Platform
Access and Authentication
Certain features of the Platform require authentication via a connected blockchain wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials. PIP Agency will never ask you to provide your private key or seed phrase. You agree to notify us immediately at security@pip-agency.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to the following obligations and undertakings:
Accuracy and Honesty
- All information you submit in connection with your claim is true, accurate, and not misleading
- You will not submit fraudulent, exaggerated, or fabricated claims
- You will promptly notify us of any material changes to information you have provided
- You will not submit the same claim through multiple accounts or channels without disclosure
Cooperation
- Respond to requests for additional information or documentation in a timely manner
- Provide requested supporting evidence to the best of your ability
- Not obstruct or interfere with PIP Agency's review and assessment process
- Keep your contact details current so we can reach you regarding your case
Consequences of False Submissions
Submitting false or deliberately misleading information may constitute fraud under applicable law. PIP Agency reserves the right to terminate your access, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
- 01Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, systems, or data
- 02Introducing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
- 03Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Platform
- 04Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- 05Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
- 06Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or its servers
- 07Submitting claims on behalf of others without explicit authorisation and disclosure
- 08Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms
- 09Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications through the Platform
- 10Collecting personal information about other users without their consent
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of PIP Agency Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited licence to access and view Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with a claim. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without our prior written permission.
Any content you submit to the Platform (including claim details and supporting documents) remains your property. You grant PIP Agency a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to the extent necessary to process your claim and fulfil our contractual and legal obligations.
Disclaimers & Liability
Platform Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Submission of a claim does not guarantee the recovery of funds. All outcomes depend on the individual circumstances of the case, available evidence, the status of the platform involved, and factors beyond PIP Agency's control. We make no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of recovery in any particular case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIP Agency and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any claim processing services.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PIP Agency Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your breach of any applicable law or regulation
- Any content you submit to the Platform
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us at legal@pip-agency.org to describe the nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receipt of your written complaint.
Formal Dispute Process
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or through the courts of England and Wales, as appropriate. You agree not to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration in connection with these Terms.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK or EU consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
Platform Modifications
PIP Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document
- Where reasonably practicable, notify registered users by email of significant changes
- Provide a notice on the Platform for a reasonable period following the update
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.
Account Termination
Termination by PIP Agency
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have:
- Violated any provision of these Terms
- Submitted fraudulent, false, or misleading information
- Engaged in prohibited activities
- Conducted yourself in a manner harmful to PIP Agency, other users, or third parties
Termination by You
You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you wish to request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact privacy@pip-agency.org. Note that data associated with an active claim may be retained for the duration required by law.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
