Data Rights Requests

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have enforceable rights over your personal data. All requests must be submitted in writing to privacy@pip-agency.org.

Available Rights

  • Right of Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure — request deletion of your data where legally permissible
  • Right to Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data

How to Submit a Request

  • Email privacy@pip-agency.org with subject line: "Data Rights Request — [Your Name]"
  • Include your full name and the email address associated with your account
  • Describe the specific right you wish to exercise and any relevant details
  • We may need to verify your identity before processing the request
  • We will respond within 30 days; complex requests may be extended by a further two months with notice

Compliance & Regulatory

Regulatory authorities, government bodies, and compliance officers may direct formal enquiries to our legal team. We cooperate fully with all lawful regulatory requests.

  • We are not regulated as a financial services firm by the FCA or equivalent body
  • We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for data protection purposes

For Regulatory Bodies

Financial regulators, data protection authorities, and other supervisory bodies may submit formal requests to legal@pip-agency.org. Please include your authority's official letterhead in PDF format. Urgent requests marked as such will be prioritised.

Law Enforcement Requests

Lawful requests from law enforcement agencies must be submitted in writing to legal@pip-agency.org or by post to our registered address. We will acknowledge receipt and respond in accordance with our legal obligations. We notify affected individuals of any disclosure where legally permissible.
